Our three bedroom house has two floors. The first one features a guest bathroom, ample living/dining room space, kitchen, maid's room with bathroom, laundry area, terrace, backyard, pool and garage. The second floor consists of three bedrooms, each with their bathroom and balcony. The house is unfurnished and it does not include kitchen appliances or washer/dryer. It does include air conditioners and ceiling fans in all areas, electric water heater, pool system and blackout roller type curtains in the three bedrooms.
